No environmental blog is complete without a dose of science. These videos, made in 2009, explain the nitrogen and carbon cycles. These to cycles are they key to “quantity and quality” of life on earth (Thanks, Mr. Pollan). Though the two cycles are incredibly complex, they share the human element. Both the nitrogen cycle and carbon cycle have been altered by human processes, and both cycles hold the key to determining the sustainability of human populations. That is me, forgive my cold.
